Join Florida Conservation Voters and author Maya K. van Rossum for our first Pints & Postcards event of 2023 for an Environmental Rights Discussion with Maya K. van Rossum in Tallahassee on Thursday, January 5, at 7 p.m. ET.

Author Maya K. van Rossum will join us to discuss her latest book, “The Green Amendment: The People’s Fight for a Clean, Safe, and Healthy Environment.” Maya K. van Rossum is the founder of Green Amendments For The Generations, a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring the passage of Green Amendments across the U.S. van Rossum also works as the Delaware Riverkeeper, an environmental attorney, strategist, community organizer, and coalition builder to name a few.

During the event, we will organize Tallahassee residents to write postcards to their elected officials, urging them to prioritize conservation efforts during the 2023 legislative session.

This event is open to the public. No admission fee is required. FCV members in attendance will receive 2 complimentary drinks (must be 21+). We hope to see you there!
